SBL I think everybody is a 100% aware of the dark corner the current management have backed us into. We would not be silly enough to vote no if there is no alternative on the table with immediate funding to pay out SLR and provide some working capital.

If there is an alternative to be put forward, I am anticipating it will be announced after the announcement of the meeting date/independent expert report publication and well in advance of the actual meeting.

SBL if SLR's share price falls any further it may affect the chance of the current share based offer being valid. Surely PRH management protected themselves with a clause in the agreement to protect the fundamental cash equivalent value of the offer or is that wishful thinking on my part.
