THAT is the difference between these companies: FML claimed their mill upgrade was "on budget" at $17M+ but actually cost them over $20M. Will that pay back in a few months?

Les is a master of "under promise and over deliver" - that means SLR might be a little undercooked today, but it's a keeper.
