    You base so much of what you say on this stingy rental yeild of 4%....

    Please refer to page 5 of this document...

    What does it tell you about the relationship between rental yield and capital gains? Where exactly are you pulling your 4% from? For the 20 year period 1982-2002, rental yields were never once below 4%, and were at a period as high as 9.5%...

    Where is your 4% coming from? And do you really think rental yields rise and fall in line with capital gains? I'll take the RBA's word on the matter, not yours, thanks.
