So basically then you are saying then if a prospective tenant does not like a place when they look at it and does not want to live there - then they have the right to say they want to move in and then complain about the state of the house when it hasn't changed from when they first looked at it. That's a complete joke - take some personal responsibility and if you don't like what you see move on and look elsewhere!
