bought 2 props in 2002, sold within 2 years for triple the cost...now they were fun days.. the 2 props mentioned in the last post were purchased in 2000....the returns of 8% are consistent every year to arrive at the mv today... they may double their value within the next 5 years... they will not drop in value... I am looking at increasing the melbourne portfolio...it has the greatest growth...oh and seaside is the preferred area I have a long history with property investing....its all been very good...
