no idea what you mean in your second paragraph that my number means nothing? how many years rent do you need to add then? 10 years 20 30 100 ? you could make it as many as you like???
why not keep it logical and realistic and calculate return on value of assett? instead of calculating it on a % that give you no indication on how well the investmenet is performing
