0214 GMT [Dow Jones] A profit warning and restructuring plan from oil-field services company Technip (TEC.FR) doesn't bode particularly well for Australia's WorleyParsons (WOR.AU). Deutsche Bank analyst Craig WongPan points out that although the companies aren't close comparable peers, they do have an overlap in some of the services they provide. And "we view Technip's trading update as a negative read-through for WOR, given the trading update indicates the broader oil-and-gas market may have deteriorated in the last two months," says WongPan.
