Highly unlikely that the morning star info will include anything to do with mineral prices. It will be based on a 'black box' of inputs which will most likely include technical analysis to a certain degree as well as fundamental info that is easy to feed directly from their data source (reuters, bloomberg or whatever source they pay for). Depending on when this info is updated and what the sp is doing, their fair value will jump around a bit.
