we are thinking that after a year or two of making a lot of money there they could then use the free cashflow to invest in rail.. so it doesnt need to be financed from external sources but rather internal cashflow.
as you and sarc are saying a pipeline seems too complicated so he could just switch to the idea of funding rail out of free cashflows instead - which would slash the OPEX and increase the margin and also increase the ability for MAK to mine a lot more quicker.
