one thing for sure, is that gillard should never have become PM of australia - except that in the good old labor tradition, when the male leader is found wanting - they go for a woman leader - it happened all the time at the state level - eg bligh in qld, kirner in vic and lawrence in wa - and maybe others.
seriously - and what is the common denominator between all of those female leaders???? - yep, they were all failures. watso has to admit, that he had high hopes for lawrence (wa) and gillard - but when faced with reality, they were failures.
ok - maybe julie bishop can raise the flag for australian females. one thing for sure, is that labor will never produce a queen bodecia (time for a google search, for those who do not know about the celtic warrior queen)
