G'day I think some in the discussion are distracted, the message is what is important. How would you feel if someone seriously assaulted you or your family member and the police said, it's your fault for dressing that way. Reminds me of a psycho school principle I knew who told a student who was being bullied he had to stay 30m+ away from the bully otherwise he would get detention.
