If a woman is raped, it is never ever her fault. That is the point.

The walk is a protest against the coppers in canada, and Society as a whole that hold onto this antiquated, sexist, misogynist view of women.

If a woman is raped, it wasn't because of what she wore (whether it be scantily clad or conservative). To think so is to promote the thinking that "Men have no responsibility themselves". I.e. if a man see's a beautiful woman's body he can't help raping her. It was her fault, it wasn't the man's fault.
