Well, In some european countries there is a week of carnevale, mostly in Februrary. Everyone takes part can dress up like he wants to be like a Cowboy,Ranger, Hitman, Doctor, Nurse,Clown, Joker, copy a Star, Politician etc. or a topeic is given to dress up. Here in oz. in Melbourne they done it like this and they dress up like they want to express somethings or they like to be like this for this time of the parade. Give it the name carnevale parade too. I never ever would take this one serious.
