SLV receive initial offer. No doubt if they receive a takover offer there will be a significant premium involved, which means the implied value of 12 GAU shares for every 1 SLV share will increase significantly.
When management announced they are in favour of accepting the takeover offer, the offer was valued at approx $0.125 for every GAU share. With a reasonable takeover offer, I guess this could rise somewhere between $0.15 to $0.20
Hence, at $0.10 , this stock has to be undervalued
