Thought it might be handy to get a list of q's for the AGM, particularly for anyone who can't make it in person but might have something they want asked. I will kick off, add as you see necessary. A few I would like answers to..
1. Has the independent engineering contractor arrived on site at GLE and commenced their evaluation for TRL-6? If not when are they expected and do we still believe they will require 3-6 months to complete their evaluation and produce their report?
2. Recently MG stated that he is under embargo in relation to Cameco's exercising its right to acquire an additional 26% in GLE. Has that embargo been in place ever since the granting of that right or is it more recent?
3. Will we garner enough data from GLE's TRL-6 demonstration to accurately assess the economics of the Commerical scale operation of the enrichment process? And if so will these be released? (see when we can get enough detail to begin to estimate the value of GLE)
4. What were the main decision drivers for not applying for the DOE HALEU funding?
5. The timeline for PLEF operations has slipped ~18 months produced from the original "Accelerated Plan" that was published (note 2028 commencement in July 1st 2024 Investor Presentation and mid 2029 commencement in August 29th 2024 Investor Presentation) What has driven that timeline change?
