Another question to MG is about the potential competition from both LIS Technology and ASP Isotopes subsidiary Quantum Leap:

    a) LIS Technologies is advertising itself as a "next generation" LIS technology and Silex technology as "legacy pulsed 16µm CO2 lasers". It appears that this competitor is now in the process of setting up it's own test loop prototype at Oak Ridge NL. Also it appears that this potential competitor is lead by a previous Silex employee. Can MG provide details on:
a: the competitive nature of our technology to theirs
    b) Why our technology is classified and thus subject to secrecy obligations and evidently theirs isn't
    c) Since the LIST employee now lead their company claims "He (co-)authored at least 10 patents and published many technical papers and reports, mostly in the classified space" does he have obligations to Silex and the potential for legal restraint action and violation of US security restrains.
    d) ASP Technologies (and Quantum leap) claim to be ahead of SLX both in medical isotope and quantum silicon - can MG comment on the credibility of these claims particularly as it would appear that Klydon (now ASP Isotopes) supplied CO2 lasers to SLX in previous years
