I like this Castle Hayne Plan, sort of reminds me about the Movie called Field of Dreams, who's motto was "built it and they will come", only this time it is build the infrastructure, give them jobs and they will come, all of this in a year when Barak Obama has said he will be providing jobs or the means to make them.
