After the strong endorsement by Grant Isaac "GLE is front and centre" in DOE's sights, I thought the share price would rock this morning, instead it goes backwards. Markets are in sane, it reminds of Churchill's comments on the Americans " you can always rely on the Americans to make the right decision but only after they have exhausted all other possibilities".
Markets eventually end up at the right valuation but only after gyrating around it for sometime.
