My bet would be on Sachem Cove, specifically Timothy Rotolo who is their top dog, he was a founder of North Shore Indices, Inc. North Shore Indices launched URNM, the uranium mining ETF in 2019 before selling the fund to Sprott Asset Management.
So obviously, he would have the contacts at URNM to make the deal happen. Anyone else that high on the register would know that putting 3m shares into the market in one go could trigger a collapse in the price.
