Possibly the public starting to wake up, just over 6months ago this stock was up near $3.00 then there was the misinterpretation of news relating to USEC which made the price absoloutely dive, with the CEO saying at the AGM back in November how the company hasn't been in better shape in it's whole 15year history I think the market is slowly re-reating this stock to its appropriate price. Or there could possibly an announcement on the way, but I think the re-rating is more likely.
