How do I know SLX will drop today? Easy I am predicting further rises.
SLX just seems to get stronger each day. up another 15c (13%) yesterday. and up 75% since the end of December.
I was convinced it was going to retrace yesterday, particularly after SLX announced there was no new news to explain price rise, but it remained near its highs for the day.
I am going to stick my neck out and say I think it will continue to rise today as there does not appear to be any large sellers on the horizon.
If it does fall I think it will form a new base around 115-120c before rising again. Certainly it was strong yesterday around the 120c mark - Grant-inspired :) - when it had every reason to drop lower.
Targets are hard to calculate due to the substantial and precipitous drop from $3 last year. But continuing positive news should see it getting close to the $3 in next 12-24 months.
