Of course it is never indicated it wasn't. The thing to remember here is that they would have been very light on the sales forecast due to the fact that there other 3 brands they are producing IF for have at this stage not received the required approvals in there target countries(china and US). To forecast expected sales on products that may or may not get approval would be leaving them open to repercussions if approval wasn't received or wasn't recieved in expected time frames(which have already blown out).
