agreed and i would be really surprised if they don't have a corporate plan. the target to have 10% if mkt in china must come from their corporate plan as one of theIr objectIves. it's just the details in the corporate plan that they haven't well communicated to the market.
so I guess we are talking about a communication issue here rather than whether they have a plan?
