Looks like Synlait employee Lee Williams has experienced a constructive dismissal due to alleged "extreme right wing" views expressed in his private life. Experienced internet bullying and appeared to have been found guilty byu Synlait before all facts were determined. I'd be putting a large settlement contingency into their books. I'm not sure why Synlait seem to be breach contracted requirements (I'm not going to relitiegate the covenant issue).
