The employee they are referring to is Lee Williams (Cross the Rubicon) who was candidly vocal about the tyrannical actions of the Adern government over the lockdowns, police brutality and un lawful mandates during the covid (hoax) era. His stance on co governance by the second nation people of NZ is largely blown out of proportion by the government sponsored media. Thus the name calling and derogatory labelling which sadly most people accept blindly as being factual. Whatever your stance on any topic you should be allowed to discuss it openly, too not for fear of loss of employment or the authorities stepping in makes post covid NZ no different to Communist China. The dismissal actions of SML when handling this situation and choking the freedom of opinion allegedly show that they caved to govt pressure and that the article is merely a distraction and totally irrelevant, what you must ask is why would they even bother. A bit like the 2019 flu/covid.

NZ farmers are going the way of the Dutch. However the large Chinese ownership of diary companies like SML is a huge problem to the few public holders and will possibly see them drive the price further south and finally offer holders who are demoralised FA when they delist.

Good Luck, you're going to need it when it comes to NZ the Govt and farming things have taken a dark turn.
