I personally would be very happy to be in the position of receiving 3 initial offers when selling a profitable business, I believe any experienced negotiation team would do exactly as Synlait has when receiving multiple offers, they will work to lift whatever was received and may even receive additional offers from potential bidders that rightfully so waited to see what the initial outcome was going to be.
