The options are currently underwater and are likely to remain that way until they expire unless BYE can pull out an unsuspected positive announcement .
The BOD would have a big problem explaining to shareholders why they paid more for BYE by taking up the options than BYE's MP when their cash position is where it is .
I think our rocket ship has unfortunately blown up on the launching pad .
