IN MY OPINION the directors have not been open and honest about the state of the lotteries partnership and the last announcement on the lotteries in Sept 2016 Bryan Carr advised the market further updates would be coming.
Carr Stated " I look forward to update shareholders on the progress of our lotteries partnership over the coming MONTHS" 15 September 2016
It has now been over 1 year, not months and NO REAL announcement on this side of SMA business has been forth coming.
The Directors should be more TRANSPARENT and PROVIDE shareholders with the TRUTH not just sweep things under the carpet
ASX and ASIC should make it mandatory that if a company announces a deal they should have to provide explicit updates on the progress of these deals so shareholders ARE FULLY informed on the status
NOT HAPPY NOT HAPPY with the directors of SMA
If the directors continue on their path of issuing shares to fund losses and the sales revenues do not increase substantially soon I can see SMA trading much much lower.
