The only thing being screwed here is the shareholders and to unscrew them is impossible the damage is done.

IMO BC should be a used car salesman not a director of a public company. The absolute SPIN on the announcements that was going on previously should be investigated.

The millions of shareholders funds thrown out the door on CONSULTING FEES.

I think BC suffers from delusions of grandeur IMHO

With nearly SIX BILLION shares to be on issue if this deal goes through and another potential CAPITAL RAISING COMING and they will have to raise some serious cash as the overheads will obviously probably IMO double how many more shares will they issue???

Another 1,000,000,000 shares at a discount to the market say $0.005c will raise $5m but WHO in their right mind would put that much money in to a company that would then have almost 7B shares on issue???


AND WHAT IS THIS COMPANY NOW???

A diversified MESS!!!! But that is only my opinion
