I am talking about $500m shares he's got before. I suppose not for 1.1c each :) If the share price would increase to 50c, his share comes to $250m. Would a normal person bother to increase it by another $2m knowing that he can loose $45K if price goes down to 0.1c ?
I am just saying that the directors have a negligible financial benefit buying shares off the market.
