I agree with vivonne in regard to the significance of the proposed TSX listing. I don't think Perkoa would have any problems raising 40 more million dollars if they agree to conventional terms. AIM could be thinking about their next project. Their first year of production should generate tens of millions of dollars in Free Cash Flow. My guess is they'll seek the next quality project as soon as possible. They have the ambition. They will have the means. They'll have the luxury, too: the project is a doddle, shooting fish in a barrel with dynamite (domum). Simple metallurgy (struggling with the extraction of even one metal is a common theme.) They are not up against the central bankers (gold).

As for sovereign risk, according to the CIA book, China is a communist state, BF is a parliament republic, USA has a strong democratic tradition.

Is that why Frank Brewer put on 15 million dollars? Would he have put on the money if he could not see it doubling at least on paper?
