Just had a read of the AFG AGM address. Good to note that they are not making a lot of noise about headwinds - more about making sure they are securing margin against volume and quality and acknowledging that competition does appear to be easing. I do see similarities in the ABA address. Not making a lot of noise about headwinds, competition appears to be easing, looking for quality and margin more than chasing volume. At times like these they are the type of report I look for. Thanks for bringing my attention back to AFG - Got in back when the market really crunched them and got out soon after when the market pushed them up nearly 100%. Will keep an eye on them now.
