Just wanted to share some hopeful news to all AREIT holders. There was a small mention in the Sunday Tele today on promising news for the sector.
'There is also value in the property trust sector. You either love the sector or hate the sector but either way, the fundamentals in Australia are strong and the current valuations really aren't warranted when you have a look at Australian economic fundamentals'.
GPT and GMG seem to mimic each other so closely with the SP and am hoping for a nice rise in 2010.
Both companies hit 0.70c only a few months ago, i am hoping this might be the new resistance level for the early start of the year.
Any thoughts on short term SP positions for GPT? i still feel that the sector has a lot of room to move as the economy recovers.
Hoping we will break 0.60c this week and then consistent 70's March. Am i being too optimistic?
