Summary

With our PFS within reach, there have been some calls for the Speewah Fluorite Project to become our sole focus. We respectfully disagree. The optimal strategy is to lead with Fluorite, whilst progressing Sandover & VTM/VRFB as low-cost options. ⚒️

This doesnt imply that Fluorite should be the sole focus. There are extensive commercial synergies between our projects & they are diversified across time horizon. We are conforming broadly to the 70:20:10 innovation principle popularised by Google: hbr.org/2012/05/mana

Whilst we welcome the focus on our upcoming PFS, @Tivan_Limited is committed to an optimal & clearly articulated growth strategy. Shareholders have much to look forward to, both in the short term & long term.
