It would probably only be about 15k annually invested into stocks to grow a portfolio within the business.
The original thinking was around some of the points you've mentioned above - lower company taxed rate compared to an individual. Offsetting any losses within the business, and reducing CGT when I choose to sell.
From the points you've mentioned above it seems like this is a good idea.
Is your main point of starting a new company to protect these shares from any business downturn, or litigation issues where these stocks could be put at risk?
