and no I don't think Albanese's housing plan will do much good as theres a massive shortage of construction tradies thanks to the massive infrastructure builds taking up so many workers and the cost of land and building materials. oh and a lot of builders taking their businesses off the market - for various reasons, but many due to the tradition of avoiding the costs of repairing faulty construction work.
