Looks like bot trading.
My understanding of this is it is used to accumulate or dispose of large parcels of shares at a certain price.
In this case they are executing a small buy every minute at .067 (when the shares are available)
If they were to come in and buy huge chunks they would move the price before they got their fill at the right price.
Brokerage is zip if you are the big institution that charges it.
in this case the price got lifted buy a couple of big buys that took out .067 and the bot stopped (its programmed criteria are no longer met)
The question is, is the bot really trying to accumulate or was it trying to fool the other people into snapping up the large chunks at .067?
