Mostly I agree. Except where you say, "cash in bank". Can't be much of that left. Then there's where you say, "self funding or very close to it". I don't see how we can tell this until we receive at least one Quarterly report that shows break even. I for one do not believe the company is close to self funded yet.

Then there's the price. Although the weekly chart shows the stock is not close to overbought the daily got to overbought level on the RSI indicator. If you look back over say 5 years, HEG has always suffered a pullback when that happened. Against this it might be forming a rough pennant while it has been spinning its wheels the last few trading days; and there might be some forward energy left. The traders, not the investors, will decide its near term fate.
