No, SBN invested in Malachites convertible notes, so SBN had the financial asset, and was receiving 12%pa then 15%pa on their investment between 2011 and 2013 I think, but Malachite repaid the full amount to SBN in July 2013.
SBN made no more investments and at the end of the Sept qtr had about $1.6m in cash. SBN has no debt.
