small cap conference nwt a goer

Hi, Ive been looking to buy shares. Just started to make decsions. I'm spilting my investment into blue chip and the red chip. As to the red chip I plan to set up a portfolio using the Small Cap conference particpants as a basis spreading the money amongst these. One which is on the list is NWT. Having read the psots here some think its a goer other thinks its a dud.

If it is a dud why would they be asked to attend and present at the Conference. Any views?
