There has been a little speculation recently about the concentrator.

I just watching that Small Caps interview again. 7.43 min Barry states the concentrator could be used for the sulphide material and would need about 1 month to refurb and start using. So that circuit is basically ready to go. Seems CYM are just weighing up the viability difference between using the Heap Leach or the concentrator for the sulphide material. Barry says the aim is not to use the concentrator.

Is Barry correct about the concentrator?
Well MLX were using the concentrator right up until Nifty went into Care & Maintenance. So all the machinery was functioning to that point. OK 2 years have passed, so there will likely be a few small issues which could be easily rectified, hence the 1 month refurb.
A commissioning stage will sort out any issues.
So yeah, I'd say Barry is correct about the concentrator at standby.

The sulphide material is below the oxide material in the open pit. So 6.3 years of mining before we need to worry about HL or concentrator for sulphides. But I suspect Barry will want to prove up his IP to enable use on some of the other tenements. And let's not forget Barry & team has already heap leached sulphides at Wetar. It's just the time taken to be economically viable.

Restart Study 25.9Mt of mined and stacked oxide minerals @0.65% Cu. Mined and stacked includes Heap Leach material of 17.1Mt @ 0.5% copper and Open Pit Oxide M&I Resource of 8.8Mt @0.9% copper. Sulphide resource is 33.9Mt @1.8% Cu. Doesn't include inferred Resources or the updated drilling. Recently the upgraded MRE of 95.1Mt with 16.1Mt of Heap Leachable oxide @0.9% has nearly doubled the oxide leachable.
