I think its fair to say most feel or hope BLR is a takeover target.
IMO i dont see commercialising A/T in 2013, but if it did and if A/T was about to generate cash flow, dont you think a takeover offer would be made before then.
All im seeing is BLR shareholders funding A/T for the benefit and of another company who will takeover BLR when the time is right.
