Large companies always want a sweetener in a deal, no matter what industry they are dealing in. IMO the market is seeing the shares issued at $4 as an indication of the deal value..... I see the issue price of $4 as a small sweetener for the US pharma. IMO of course, no one has any idea what the numbers are, but as another poster stated today.... if RT is happy, I am happy. RT would not sign exclusively if he was not happy. Now we wait.
