small cap resource company paying 10% div ff

Have been out of this stock for a few months now, but buying bought back in while the opportunity was there at 40c.

There are only a few companies that I feel comfortable exposed to in these turbulent times, but RCO is cashed up, has a steady stream of income and has exposure to upside from several different projects in Phillipines and Africa.
