    hi grant,

    the other thing i would add to the list for investing (not punting) in small caps is a quality/sound balance sheet and others. ie not too much gearing, good interest cover, working capital ratios, good margins etc etc

    if it has this it can (hopefully) ride out the inevitible hiccups
