TCN looks to be flying well under the radar with investors, only $15m market cap turning over $1.5m profit, paying a dividend, increasing revenues and profit and in an industry with a growth outlook that demands a much higher PE.

Chart shaping up nicely and broken out today on volume, wouldn't be surprised we see it up at recent highs again once people catch on to this stock.
