and what annoys me is that they claim debt was not an option due to risk, when we only needed $2mil to get through to the final development decision...yet they repeatedly state that ELK has the option of self funding Grieve to the tune of approximately $30mil......that carrys significant more risk....the amount of derisking that will tale place between now and the final surtek report is minimal......
