when KPI's keep SP out of the equation (thus ignoring market sentiment) and are confidential so we don't know what they base them on and when they keep getting bomuses for a pipeline that IMO has only really got started since the Eli debacle and not to mention the what IMO is the "Hexima" debacle that was never explained fully to SH's (at that time there were conflicting interests IMO) and the rest of it - well yes who gives a rats to what they say as IMO really don't know what to believe from them (I do but can't state it in the words I want to use here).
anyhow judging by market sentiment on this one and the who knows how long it will take to get generics out in a market place full of the type they are trying to achieve I don't give a rats as to what they are trying to achieve - IMO they have taken a certain patent to court to have it "overturned" in order to speed up one of their pipeline projects - now does anyone know where that challenge currently sits??? can't see management making any comment on it. if it fails IMO there may be a realisation that the timelines (which aren't really specified in any event) may not be met with these new pipelines. urgency is to get something anything to market BUT IMO they haven't factored in the competition and the reaction of the competition once they have something. Also given their "negotiation power" with the Eli debacle etc then IMO it will be interesting to see what big pharma may want to get involved here. all IMO so DYOR and any comments welcome.
