    Totally agree with your thoughts and well put.

    Nothing has changed down there at QAD and I still believe it is an awesome low cap telco with sensational investments. Sooner or later it's bound to come good.

    At the moment I am in GLO but if/when I sell out of GLO I am will definately load up on QAD and LEG if they remain at these basement prices!
