Son rang me and a car on the way home from work hit him from behind.
He had just merged onto a free way....
He noticed a 4 wheel drive after about 5 seconds later sitting right up his a$$.
He was yelling at the guy (to himself ) to back off.
Next thing the car in front slowed down and son put on the brakes to slow down.
4 wheel driver hit him in the back of his car.
Son took photo of the mans license and car...did not get his insurance details as the man said it was his fault.
The man said to son you are on your own as you did not leave me enough space to brake and I am towing a trailer.
No damage I think to the mans car as he has a bull bar.
Son only has 3rd party insurance.
I had a look at it tonight and the minor damage is on the bumper and where the key to the boot is.
What does he have to do now?
I said ring your insurance company.
I know as he only has 3rd party they wont care unless the man has damage.
Do we get 3 quotes and a letter of demand...sent by registered post?
